XL Endeavors focuses on people who have been incarcerated, their families and their communities, offering  consulting, seminars and master’s degree level courses to educate the public and private institutions about the challenges and benefits of contributing to the global movements for prison reform and reintegrating returning citizens to their communities. 

XL Endeavors uses academic and artistic platforms to help people discern the personal and social constructs that hinder them from having a flourishing life.
