The IAM Group envisions a country where all justice-impacted people who have been offered and have accepted the practices of the Career Success Matrix are connected to personal and professional networks that empower them to take care of themselves, contribute to the welfare of their families and strengthen their home communities with expressions of servant leadership.

The Mission of the IAM Group

To create a TRANSITION COACH NETWORK of people who can teach and guide returning citizens and other justice-impacted people in practicing the 10 disciplines of the Career Success Matrix that can enable a person to grow a career and flourish in society. The Transition Coaches will target primarily people in three areas: justice-impacted youth, incarcerated youth and adults, and returning citizens.
